I love real food. Real food does not include things with GMOs, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and other such crap you find in most products at supermarkets these days. If I could shop exclusively at farmer’s markets for the rest of my life, I would. For now I do the best I can to eat clean and healthy, and to teach my kids how to make similarly healthy choices. Our diet is constantly evolving, so I don’t advocate any particular way of eating for anyone else. I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes and some ‘food for thought’ on nutrition here.
